Rathbone Media was formed in 1991 by the ex Commercial Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, Geoff Cole. It is now the largest independently owned advertising agency in the East of England with a staff of 45 and projected billings for 2008 of over 40 million pounds.
Our senior management have vast agency experience having enjoyed success at Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erickson and Mediacom to name a few. We have also recruited staff members from various media owners such as ITV, GCap Radio Group, Emap, Northcliffe Newspapers and Newsquest to provide an unprecedented insight to our planning and buying.
Rathbone Media now provide dedicated service to over 130 clients that include blue chip names such as Nikon, Teac, Onkyo and Fila.
Our varied client base covers a wide variety of markets both locally and internationally ranging from the UK and Europe to the Far East and South America.
Our range of product fields is also considerable, covering children's confectionery (Topps UK & International) to media owners (GCAP Radio Group) and also comprises a significant presence in the retail sector (Homestyle Group and Paul Simon Curtains). Automotive retailing clients such as Essex Ford and Essex Toyota all enjoy the many services provided by the agency and direct response clients such as Win Investing and the Allen & Allen Insurance Group have been clients for many years.
